Halloween Dance

We had a Halloween Dance last Thursday (Oct. 25: Happy Birthday Mom!) and some of my friends (Ryan) have been bugging me to put up pictures, so here I go. I'm not responsible for how my friends dressed. It was a costume dance and it was a lot of fun.

Five of the girls on the 3rd floor of East decided to dress up as the Spice Girls. Posh Spice: Maureen. Baby Spice: Carissa. Sporty Spice: Alex. Scary Spice: Melissa. Ginger Spice: Jenn.

Carissa as Baby Spice.

Maureen is dressed as a sailor. Jaime is dressed as a hooker. I wasn't expecting Jaime to jump into the picture.

I think Alison is dressed as Little Red Riding Hood.

Monique is dressed as cop.

Dustin didn't have a costume planned so he just put on a Burger King mask.

Monique and Bryan are dating. Bryan is dressed as Jesus.

Ryan is dressed as a killer. Maureen and Dustin are posing with him.

Ryan making a sad face.

This guy is dressed a character from the video game "Halo". Ryan and Dustin made me take the picture.

The guys are dressed as Hula dancers. They one best group costumes (the Sice girls were disappointed).

Joe didn't have a costume so he put his hair in front of his face and sulked around.

Alison (Little Red Riding Hood) posed with a guy in a wolf costume.

SOme kids were twirling glow sticks so I took a picture.

Tyler (East House RA) was dressed up as a soccer player.

This is me. We decided that I was either an oddly dressed hunter (as in Supernatural; a ghost/demon hunter), or Abby from NCIS.

I'll get to turning these pictures and sharpening them eventually.

Guess what? It's raining!

It rained pretty hard last night, and while it was pouring I decided that I needed to go out in my t-shirt and jeans and jump in some puddles. So I did...I rolled up my pant legs, took off my socks (I wasn't wearing any shoes at the time) and ran into the rain. Jumping puddles is fun for a bout two minutes when you do it alone, so when I got bored I went and grabbed Melissa and Carissa from East 303 (their room) and they came to run around in the rain like fools and jump in puddles with me. After 15 minutes of puddle jumping we were pretty thoroughly soaked, so I pulled out my camera and Riki (or Head Resident) took pictures of us. Then she left and we took more.

Carissa and I dry off our glasses so that we can see.

Melissa and Carissa had been watching America's Next Top Model when I got them from there room, so Melissa is working on her fierce look.

I was attempting a fierce look, but I failed.

Nobody is supposed to know, but Melissa is a Ninja. Okay, maybe not.
